Andrea Patzius:  Co-owner of Patzius Performing Arts since 1972. Andrea founded Midwest Ballet Theatre, the studio's pre-profefssional student ballet company which provides extra performance opportunities for our most talented and dedicated students. Andrea is a member of Dance St. Louis, Dance Masters of America, and St. Louis Dance Teachers Association Ch. 21 where she is certified in ballet and tap. Andrea has over 45 years of teaching experience and her excellent teaching skills have produced many professional dancers

Donna Patzius-Hill:  As a native of St. Louis, Missouri, Donna studied dance at her mother’s studio, Patzius Performing Arts. After graduation, Donna went on to a professional ballet career where she danced principal roles with Ballet West in Salt Lake City, UT; Atlanta Ballet; and Ballet Met in Columbus, OH. Her signature role was Odette/Odile in Swan Lake. Since returning home to St. Louis, Donna has been the Artistic Director of Midwest Ballet Theatre, the official student ballet company of Patzius Performing Arts, where she privately coaches the advanced students, is resident choreographer, and also teaches regularly in the school. Donna is also an adjunct professor at Webster University and enjoys teaching company class for The Big Muddy Dance Company. Donna is certified in ballet and jazz from the Dance Masters of America, and St. Louis Dancing Teachers Association Ch. 21. 

Doris Patzius:  A former student of Patzius Performing Arts, Doris is a Safety Certified Member of USA Gymnastics, the National Governing Body (NGB) for the sport of gymnastics in the U.S. and has over 15 years of teaching experience. 

Isabel Kenney: Isabel began her dance training at Patzius Performing Arts at the age of 4 and is a former soloist with Midwest Ballet Theater. After graduating she trained with The Radio City Rockettes in NYC and St. Louis' The Big Muddy Dance Company. She has appeared in the St. Charles Christmas Traditions Festival, Missouri Ballet Theatre's Cinderella, and Garden Glow at the Botanical Gardens. Now a wife and mother, Isabel runs her own event planning business and teaches dance to children throughout the Greater St. Louis area.

Gabriella Deakin: A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Gabriella trained at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School for 14 years completing their graduate program. She has a Bachelor’s degree in dance from Point Park University where she graduated magna cum laude. Gabriella’s professional career began as a guest artist with The Pillow Project Dance Company in Pittsburgh. In St. Louis, she became a company dancer with Modern American Dance Company for two seasons.  She studied with The Big Muddy Dance Company's performing company and currently dances with Common Thread Contemporary Dance Company and Karlovsky and Company Dance. 

Abigail Hinrichs is a dancer and choreographer from St. Louis, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance.  Abigail has had the privilege of performing works by DeeAnna Hiett, Gary Abbott, and Mary Pat Henry while at the Conservatory.  She has spent summers with Kansas City Ballet, Ballet West, Common Thread Contemporary Dance Company, Big Muddy Dance Company, and Company E in Washington D.C. Her time in Kansas City has inspired her to not only perform professionally, but to collaborate and create art with a variety of other artists in the community.  Abbie is excited to be back home at Patzius Performing Arts sharing all she has learned!

Raymond Patzius:  Co-owner of Patzius Performing Arts since 1972.  Raymond is the master guitar teacher who has many musical faces. He is fluent in classical, jazz, blue grass, country, rock, and contemporary. With his love of music, Raymond has composed several music albums for dance class that have been sold around the world. He is also the Artistic Director of the jam session classes where our most advanced music and voice students can get together and share their ideas.

Allison Kelly:  Guitar, violin, & piano teacher. Currently majoring in music education (instrumental/general) at Webster University, Allison is an active member and current secretary of the school's Collegiate Music Educators National Conference.

Madison Sportsman: Maddie is a graduate of Missouri State University where she majored in vocal music education with a certification in instrumental music. She performed all four years in the Missouri State University Concert Chorale. and in the university symphony. Maddie also plays violin, piano, and guitar. She completed her vocal training at MSU and performed her senior recital in the spring of 2015.
