Dance Instructors:

Andrea Patzius: Co-owner of Patzius Performing Arts for over 30 years where through her excellent teaching skills, produced many professional dancers. Along the way, Andrea founded Midwest Dance Theatre, the studios student ballet company which provides extra performance opportunities for our most serious students. Andrea is also a member of Dance St. Louis, Dance Masters of America, and St. Louis Dancing Teachers Association ch. 21 where she is certified in both ballet, and tap. Andrea has over 45 years of teaching experience.

Donna Patzius-Hill: Originally a student of Patzius Performing Arts, Donna went on to a professional career. She has danced Principal roles with Ballet West in Salt Lake City UT, Atlanta Ballet, and BalletMet in Columbus OH. Donna was also a trainee with Milwaukee Ballet. Her Signature role was Odette/Odile in Swan Lake. Since returning home to St. Louis, Donna has been the Artistic Director of Midwest Dance Theatre where she privately coaches each of the advanced students. She has also choreographed eight ballets specifically for the company. Donna is certified in ballet, and jazz from the Dance Masters of America, and St. Louis Dancing Teachers Association ch. 21.

Kelly Keeling: A former student of Patzius Performing Arts. Kelly went on to a professional career in dance. She has performed for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in Miami FL, Walt Disney MGM Studios in Miami FL, Disneyland Tokyo in Tokyo Japan, and Dino Katsonakis in Branson MO. Kelly has also performed for the Rosie ODonnell Show in Beauty and the Beast. Having returned home to St. Louis, we are proud to have Kelly as one of our teachers. She will be teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and modern.

Lauren Kelly: A former student of Patzius Performing Arts. Lauren teaches ballet and jazz for all ages but specializes in pre-dance and primary levels and has been an instructor for 5 years. She is also a dance major at Webster University.

Doris Patzius: A former student of Patzius Performing Arts. Doris is a Safety Certified Member of USA Gymnastics, the National Governing Body (NGB) for the sport of gymnastics in the U.S. and has over 15 years of teaching experience.
Music Instructors:

Raymond Patzius: Co-owner of Patzius Performing Arts for over 30 years. Raymond is the master guitar teacher who has many musical faces. He enjoys classical, jazz, blue grass, country, rock, and contemporary. With his love of music, Raymond has composed several music albums for dance class, sold around the world. He is also the Artistic Director of the jam session classes where our most advanced music and voice students can get together and share their ideas.

Sally Stein: Sally has over 15 years experience in teaching piano and guitar lessons to student of all ages and technique levels. She has a BS Fine Arts degree from North East Missouri State.
